Incentives cover up to 100% of approved project costs, capped at $55,000 per charging port for 150–274.99 kW chargers and $100,000 per port for 275 kW+ chargers, with priority given to ready-to-build projects in tribal, disadvantaged, and low-income communities.
And the Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program offers grants for repowering or replacing eligible vehicles and equipment with all-electric models, along with supporting infrastructure, including EV charging stations.
