- Proactive Monitoring & OTA Resolution. Proactively monitoring station health utilizing proprietary monitoring software means that most of the time we’ll resolve the issue remotely over-the-air (OTA) within 24 hours.
- Response Time. Remote response to any issue within 1 business day of occurrence.
- Software Platform SLA. 99.9% software uptime.
- Hardware & Parts. We coordinate with hardware manufacturers for all hardware warranty claims and procurement of parts on-site so you don’t have to.
